How to Access the New Forum  

To access the new forum, you’ll need to use your Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials (the same ones you use to access the software).

This change was made to simplify and unify the login process across all applications. 

 

1. If you used software credentials to access the current forum:  

Simply log in to the new forum with the same credentials. Your past conversations will still be available under your existing username.  
 

2. If you use different credentials to access the current forum:  

You must log in to the new forum using your software credentials. Your past conversations will be available, but they will be under your old username. Any new posts you create in the new forum will appear under your new username, which is linked to your software credentials.
